Thank you for this little but awesome N64-like game.
I have to say, I never thought somebody would post something like that on Newgrounds.
But it was even more amazed when I played the game, it brought some very beautiful memories back.
From the titlescreeen I knew it would be like Banjo Tooie/Kazooie (I only played Tooie)
Somehow I always loved the N64 graphics, although they are old and stuff, but in my
opinion they create an atmosphere that gives you the feeling of a little world that has its own
live, persons,problems etc.. And you want to be in it . Some may say it is nostalgia and though
there may be a little ( I am not going to lie), it is also the concept, the design and the story
that made a N64 game the way it is. Especially the collecting part in a game was certainly
one of the things I loved most in those platformers. Games nowadays do not have that
depth anymore, which is partly the fault of making the graphics look more realistic.
At least that is what I think.
What I wanted to say is that you totally succeeded in creating that atmosphere of an N64
game that I and certainly many other people love and although the controls were a little difficult
I enjoyed every minute playing your game.

Thanks for the nice review. I agree fully. People may criticize the collecting, but that's the destination. The funnest part of those game was the journey.

Siactro did a great job with the main game, and I'm glad I was able to help him get this onto Newgrounds (with bug fixes and medals)!

I'm working on my own BK like platformer at the moment, so there's more to come :)

Would have been better if losing abilities like double jump made it harder to get through the levels. E.g. there is a passage that you could easily pass by using double jump. However you've just lost that move so you have to take a harder way.

Especially the way home was too easy, you just had to fall down. It's not that dramatic that you lose your abilities because you wont need them anyway.
